MSIG is seeking a dedicated Manager / Assistant Manager, Technical Services to join our dynamic team in Singapore. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in supporting all Managing General Agents (MGAs) related business activities, ensuring they are conducted prudently, efficiently, and in strict compliance with regulatory standards. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between technical operations and business objectives to drive excellence within our insurance portfolio.
As part of the MSIG group, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of our MGA framework, managing key stakeholder relationships, and driving continuous improvement in operational processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Support all Managing General Agents (MGAs) related business activities to ensure prudent and efficient conduct.
- Monitor and ensure strict adherence to regulatory compliance and internal technical standards across MGA operations.
- Manage and nurture relationships with MGAs, acting as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries.
- Prepare and present comprehensive technical reports, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including underwriting and claims, to resolve complex technical issues.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of MGA arrangements to mitigate risk.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in insurance technical services or MGA operations.
- Strong working knowledge of insurance regulations, technical accounting, and risk management principles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and insurance management systems.
