Join Malaysia Aviation Group (MAG) as Manager, Aviation Services Planning & PMO and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of aviation excellence. Collaborate closely with the Head of AVS Planning & PMO to optimize operational efficiency, implement robust governance frameworks, and ensure alignment with global aviation standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic planning frameworks for Aviation Services division
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management for aviation infrastructure and service initiatives
- Establish PMO governance structures including KPIs, risk management protocols, and reporting mechanisms
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of aviation service projects
- Analyze market trends and regulatory changes to inform strategic planning decisions
- Optimize resource allocation and budget management for aviation service portfolios
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in operational planning and project delivery
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in aviation planning or project management with 3+ years in leadership
- Proven expertise in PMO methodologies and project management frameworks (PMP/PRINCE2 certified)
- Deep understanding of aviation industry regulations, operations, and service delivery models
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Experience with strategic planning tools and aviation-specific software systems
