- Lead financial and operational audits for banking clients, ensuring compliance with MAS regulations and international standards
- Develop risk-based audit methodologies tailored to Singapore's financial services sector
- Manage audit engagements from planning through execution, including resource allocation and budgeting
- Identify control weaknesses, assess financial risks, and recommend practical improvement solutions
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports and present findings to senior management and board members
- Mentor junior auditors through performance feedback and professional development guidance
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while serving as a trusted advisor
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/ACCA/CISA qualification required
- Minimum 6 years of audit experience with 3+ years in banking/financial services
- Deep understanding of Singapore's banking regulations (MAS notices), Basel framework, and SOX compliance
- Proven experience managing audit teams and complex multi-location engagements
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial data and identify control gaps
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and report presentation
- Proficiency in audit software (e.g., TeamMate, ACL) and Microsoft Office suite
