Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operational activities of the mall including maintenance, security, and facility management
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of service professionals to ensure high performance standards
- Implement strategic initiatives to enhance tenant relations and customer satisfaction
- Manage budgetary controls, financial reporting, and cost optimization for mall operations
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and regulatory bodies for compliance and service delivery
- Develop and execute emergency response protocols and safety procedures
- Monitor KPIs and implement improvements for operational efficiency and profitability
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mall management or commercial property operations
- Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams of 10+ professionals
- Strong knowledge of retail operations, tenant management, and facility maintenance
- Expertise in budgeting, financial reporting, and operational cost control
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to handle complex operational issues
- Proficiency in property management software and MS Office Suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia
