As a Manager, Business Finance, you will be at the forefront of our financial operations. You will manage the full cycle of financial planning and analysis, oversee budgeting processes, and deliver high-impact reporting. What you will do:
- Drive the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) function to support business objectives.
- Partner with operational leaders to understand strategic goals and provide financial guidance.
- Oversee the preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Lead the budgeting process and manage long-term financial forecasting models.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Present complex financial data to senior management in a clear, persuasive manner.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- CPA or CFA certification is a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial management, FP&A, or a related business role.
- Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling using Excel and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
