Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, organize, and execute comprehensive internal audits for the Great Eastern Group of Companies.
- Assess the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.
- Prepare detailed audit work programs, fieldwork, and comprehensive audit reports for management.
- Lead and mentor junior audit staff, providing guidance on complex audit issues and methodologies.
- Liaise with various business units to gather information and facilitate the audit process.
- Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements, including MAS guidelines and SOX regulations.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend actionable solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant audit experience, preferably within the financial services or insurance industry.
- Professional accounting qualification (CPA, CA, ACCA, CIMA) is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards (ISA) and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively report to senior management.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
