Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned clinic business units to ensure optimal performance and patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Management Team to formulate and implement operational strategies that align with company goals.
- Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track clinic efficiency, revenue growth, and service quality.
- Optimize clinic workflows and resource allocation to improve operational throughput and reduce patient wait times.
- Ensure strict adherence to clinical standards, safety protocols, and Ministry of Health (MOH) regulatory requirements.
- Manage operational budgets, staff rostering, and inventory procurement for business units.
- Act as the primary point of contact for frontline staff and stakeholders to resolve operational escalations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and digital transformation projects within the clinic environment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in clinic operations management or healthcare administration.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams in a high-pressure environment.
- Deep understanding of Singapore’s healthcare landscape and relevant regulatory compliance.
- Proven ability to analyze operational data and convert insights into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Healthcare Information Systems (HIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing operational demands.
