About the Role
Allied Search Pte. Ltd. is seeking an accomplished Manager, Clinical Affairs (Healthcare) to lead and enhance our clinical strategy and operations from our Central Region headquarters. - Develop and execute the strategic vision for clinical affairs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and manage clinical governance frameworks, including policy development, risk management, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Operations, and Executive teams to drive clinical excellence and operational efficiency.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clinical staff, executive leadership, and external regulatory bodies.
- Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of clinical outcomes data to support evidence-based decision-making.
- Mentor, supervise, and develop a high-performing clinical affairs team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Monitor and interpret emerging healthcare trends, technologies, and regulatory changes to proactively adapt clinical strategies.
- Manage departmental budgets, resource allocation, and performance metrics to ensure operational and financial sustainability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Allied Health, Life Sciences, or a related healthcare field. A Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration (MBA), or Public Health (MPH) is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 6 to 8 years of progressive experience in Clinical Affairs, Medical Affairs, or a similar senior healthcare management role.
- Deep understanding of the Singapore healthcare regulatory landscape, including MOH guidelines and relevant accreditation standards (e.g., JCI).
- Proven track record in clinical governance, risk management, patient safety, and quality improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence executive-level decision-making.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and a demonstrated ability to drive innovation and change in a clinical setting.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPHQ, CCM, or clinical specialty certifications) are highly advantageous.
