In this pivotal role, you will act as a key partner to the Company Secretary, ensuring the highest standards of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and administrative excellence. You will provide strategic advisory support, manage board processes, and maintain the integrity of our corporate records. This position is ideal for an individual with a strong foundation in the Companies Act and a passion for upholding the principles of good corporate management within a dynamic, fast-paced financial services environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Company Secretary in the effective management of day-to-day company secretarial functions.
- Provide expert advisory support on corporate governance, regulatory requirements, and board practices.
- Prepare and review board papers, minutes, resolutions, and statutory filings with high accuracy.
- Ensure full compliance with the Companies Act 2016, Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements, and other relevant regulatory guidelines.
- Manage the logistics for Board and Committee meetings, including scheduling, agenda setting, and document preparation.
- Maintain and update statutory registers and records, ensuring all corporate documentation is archived securely and accessible.
- Monitor and keep the management team updated on changes in legislation and industry best practices.
- Facilitate effective communication between board members, senior management, and external auditors.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional qualification (MAICSA/ICSA) or progress towards completion is highly preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a company secretarial role, ideally within the insurance or financial services sector.
- In-depth knowledge of the Companies Act 2016 and relevant regulatory frameworks in Malaysia.
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in drafting complex corporate documents, minutes, and resolutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholders.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information.
