Our organization is seeking a highly analytical and experienced Manager of Compensation & Benefits and HR Budgeting to join our team in Cilandak, Jakarta. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing comprehensive total reward programs, managing complex HR operating budgets, and providing actionable insights to executive leadership to support long-term business growth. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute competitive compensation and benefits frameworks that align with business objectives and market trends.
- Oversee the end-to-end HR budgeting process, including headcount planning, labor cost forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Conduct regular benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure internal equity and external market competitiveness.
- Collaborate with finance teams to optimize HR expenditure and drive cost-efficiency initiatives.
- Manage the administration of variable pay schemes, including short-term and long-term incentive plans.
- Develop and maintain robust HR data analytics dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to rewards and workforce costs.
- Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, taxation regulations, and company internal policies regarding employee benefits.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certification is a plus).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in Compensation & Benefits and HR Finance/Budgeting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (modeling, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and HRIS platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate raw data into clear, strategic recommendations.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws, payroll taxation, and statutory benefits (BPJS).
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence leadership across different departments.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is essential for effective communication across all levels of the organization.
