Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidation process for the Group.
- Ensure financial statements are prepared in strict accordance with MFRS, IFRS, and local regulatory requirements.
- Lead the preparation of consolidated management reports and financial analysis for senior leadership and the Board.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth year-end audits and compliance reviews.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the consolidation workflow.
- Provide technical accounting guidance and support to business units across the Group.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals to maintain high performance standards.
- Oversee intercompany reconciliations and ensure the elimination of intra-group transactions.
Kualifikasi
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, MICPA, or equivalent) is required.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in financial accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong technical knowledge of MFRS and international financial reporting standards.
- Proven experience in handling group consolidation for large-scale organizations.
- Proficiency in enterprise-level accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Hyperion) and advanced Excel.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight reporting deadlines.
