Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement the strategic plan for the Continuous Education department, driving enrollment growth and program expansion.
- Identify market trends and collaborate with industry experts to design and launch new professional certificates, diplomas, and short courses.
- Manage the full lifecycle of programs, including curriculum development, instructor recruitment, scheduling, and quality assurance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, professional bodies, and academic partners to foster collaboration and student pipelines.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of program coordinators and administrative staff to ensure operational excellence.
- Oversee the department budget, financial planning, and P&L performance, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies and materials to attract and retain students.
- Ensure all programs comply with relevant accreditation standards, regulatory requirements, and college policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in educational management, corporate training, or professional development.
- Proven track record in developing and launching successful educational programs that meet market needs.
- Strong business acumen with experience in budget management, financial analysis, and strategic planning.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of the Malaysian education landscape and accreditation bodies (e.g., MQA, MOHE).
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain effective partnerships with industry and professional organizations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.
