- Lead end-to-end implementation of integrated operational solutions in a matrixed environment
- Manage contract logistics operations including warehousing, transportation, and distribution networks
- Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize operational efficiency and cost structures
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven analysis and process optimization
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company quality standards
- Mentor and develop operational teams to achieve performance targets
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in contract logistics operations with 3+ years in management
- Proven track record leading complex projects in matrixed organizational structures
- Strong expertise in operational excellence methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in logistics management systems
- Excellent leadership and team development capabilities
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
