- Oversee daily lab operations ensuring efficient workflow and timely delivery
- Lead and mentor dental technicians in CAD/CAM denture design and production
- Implement quality control protocols for all prosthetic devices
- Manage inventory, equipment, and resource allocation
- Develop training programs for team skill development
- Coordinate with dental professionals for case specifications
- Stay current with emerging dental technologies and materials
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Dental Technology or related field
- 5+ years of dental lab experience with 2+ years in leadership
- Advanced proficiency in CAD/CAM software for denture design
- Certification in Dental Laboratory Technology (e.g., CDT)
- Strong team management and conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of Malaysian dental regulatory standards
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
