In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive fundraising strategies to support hospital programs, patient services, and community outreach initiatives. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership, medical professionals, and external stakeholders to build meaningful partnerships that generate sustainable funding for our healthcare mission.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic fundraising plans to achieve annual revenue targets and support hospital expansion initiatives
- Identify, cultivate, and steward relationships with corporate partners, major donors, and foundation representatives
- Lead the planning and execution of fundraising campaigns, events, and donor appreciation programs
- Collaborate with clinical teams to understand funding needs and communicate the impact of contributions
- Prepare compelling funding proposals, grant applications, and sponsorship packages
- Track and analyze fundraising performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for leadership
- Build and maintain a robust donor database while ensuring compliance with data protection regulations
- Represent the hospital at external events, conferences, and community functions to enhance visibility
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in fundraising, business development, or sales within healthcare or nonprofit sectors
- Demonstrated success in securing major gifts, corporate sponsorships, or government grants
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in budget management and financial reporting
- Proficiency in donor management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives
- Experience in healthcare or hospital environment is highly advantageous
