Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive brand awareness and online sales revenue.
- Manage end-to-end operations of e-commerce platforms (Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, etc.), including product listing, inventory management, and promotional campaigns.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize conversion rates, customer retention, and overall digital sales performance.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to design and implement digital marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO/SEM, and marketplace ads.
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and consumer behavior to identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular performance reports and insights for management to guide future strategic planning.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in e-commerce management or digital retail.
- Strong understanding of marketplace ecosystems (Tokopedia, Shopee, TikTok Shop) and digital marketing tools.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver on aggressive sales targets.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is preferred.
- Deep understanding of digital consumer behavior in the Indonesian market.
