Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and oversee enterprise-level strategic plans and roadmaps to support the company’s long-term growth objectives.
- Analyze complex business data and market trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Lead cross-functional projects to implement strategic initiatives, ensuring milestones are met and value is delivered.
- Prepare high-level financial reports, business cases, and executive presentations to communicate performance and strategy.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and operational improvements.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives and recommend course corrections.
- Collaborate with department heads to align departmental strategies with the broader organizational vision.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in strategic planning, business analysis, or management consulting.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI) and strategic frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects from conception to execution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with the aviation, logistics, or transportation industry is a significant advantage.
