Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all daily factory operations, including production planning, scheduling, and execution to meet targets.
- Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with strict quality standards and customer specifications.
- Implement and enforce comprehensive workplace safety protocols (HSE) to minimize risks and ensure compliance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of supervisors, operators, and support staff.
- Monitor production KPIs and implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Manage inventory levels, coordinate with supply chain partners, and optimize resource allocation.
- Conduct regular equipment maintenance reviews and coordinate necessary repairs to ensure continuous uptime.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in a managerial role within the manufacturing or construction materials industry.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale factory operations and achieving production goals.
- Strong knowledge of ISO quality standards, process improvement methodologies, and health & safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems and manufacturing management software.
