Are you a strategic financial leader seeking to drive growth in the dynamic F&B sector? Lava Cheese Chicken is looking for a dedicated Manager FAT (Finance, Accounting, Tax) to join our team in Malang. In this high-impact role, you will serve as a strategic partner to the Founder, responsible for building and scaling the financial systems that power our brand.
As our Finance Manager, you will take charge of the financial health of the company. This includes overseeing comprehensive financial reporting, ensuring strict tax compliance, and implementing robust internal controls. We need a results-oriented professional who can navigate the complexities of the F&B industry while contributing to the strategic vision of the company.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the Finance, Accounting, and Tax (FAT) department, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Oversee the implementation of scalable financial systems and processes for the growing business.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax laws and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Partner with the Founder and operational management to support strategic decision-making and business scaling.
- Manage the end-to-end tax planning and year-end audit processes.
- Supervise and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance and professional development.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Tax, specifically within the F&B industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA).
- Proven track record of building financial systems for scaling businesses.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems is required.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
