Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily financial operations, including month-end closing, general ledger maintenance, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and internal financial policies.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, budget forecasts, and cash flow projections for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Lead the preparation of audit schedules and act as a primary point of contact for internal and external auditors.
- Analyze financial variances and provide actionable insights to support decision-making processes.
- Manage accounts payable/receivable functions and oversee treasury activities as required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably within the financial services sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and local financial reporting standards.
- Proven ability to manage financial systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP software.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Proven track record of managing multi-tasking priorities in a contract-based or project-driven environment.
