We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Manager Finance to lead our financial operations in Tangerang, Banten. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire financial cycle, from general ledger management to strategic financial planning, ensuring the long-term health and stability of our manufacturing business. You will act as a key business partner to the executive team, providing actionable insights that drive profitability and operational efficiency.
As the Finance Manager, you will lead a dedicated team of accountants and financial analysts. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining rigorous internal controls, ensuring full compliance with local financial regulations, and optimizing our cash flow. We are looking for a results-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is passionate about using data to support high-level decision-making.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the full accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Lead the annual budgeting process, monthly forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
- Manage the monthly and annual financial reporting, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure strict compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and company internal controls.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and mitigate financial risks.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Analyze manufacturing costs and pricing strategies to maximize profitability and optimize production efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/CMA certification is highly preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Excel skills.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax laws, financial reporting standards (PSAK), and corporate governance.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear business insights for non-financial stakeholders.
- Proven track record of managing audits and implementing process improvements.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian.
