Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end financial operations including month-end/quarter-end closing processes
- Lead and develop finance teams through strategic mentorship and performance management
- Drive automation initiatives to streamline accounting processes and enhance reporting accuracy
- Optimize cash flow management and working capital strategies
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian FRS and tax regulations
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements, budgets, and forecasts for executive leadership
- Implement process improvements using ERP systems and digital transformation tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to support business objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field; CPA/ACCA certification preferred
- Minimum 7+ years of finance experience with 3+ years in managerial role
- Expertise in Malaysian accounting standards and regulatory compliance
- Proven experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and automation tools
- Strong leadership skills with ability to mentor and develop finance teams
- Advanced analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Experience in process optimization and digital transformation initiatives
