Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all financial operations including accounting, reporting, and tax compliance
- Lead strategic budgeting processes and financial forecasting
- Ensure adherence to Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
- Manage and develop the finance team through coaching and performance management
- Drive financial analysis to support business decision-making
- Implement internal controls and risk mitigation strategies
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities
- Develop financial models for business planning and growth initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with CPA/ACCA certification
- Minimum 5 years experience in finance management role
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, etc.)
- Proven experience in team leadership and development
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in FMCG/nutrition industry preferred
