PT Sejahtera Globalindo Utama is seeking a dynamic Manager for Finance, Accounting & Tax (FAT) to lead our financial operations in Surabaya. This pivotal role requires strategic oversight of all financial activities, ensuring compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations while optimizing financial performance. You will drive fiscal excellence through robust financial reporting, budget management, and tax planning initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end financial operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and treasury management
- Lead tax compliance, planning, and reporting to ensure adherence to Indonesian tax regulations
- Develop and implement financial controls, policies, and internal audit procedures
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements and management reports for stakeholder review
- Lead and develop the finance team through performance management and skill development
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax authorities during examinations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 8+ years of progressive finance experience with 3+ years in managerial role
- Deep expertise in Indonesian tax regulations, PSAK standards, and financial reporting
- Proven experience leading finance teams and driving process improvements
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate financial data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
