Chin Hin Group Berhad, a renowned leader in the building materials industry, is currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Finance Manager to join our team at our headquarters in Sri Petaling, Kuala Lumpur. As a key strategic partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial excellence and supporting our business growth objectives.
In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of financial operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and cash flow management. You will lead the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with the Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and liaise with external auditors and tax authorities. You will also provide insightful financial analysis and strategic recommendations to senior management to support decision-making and enhance profitability.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the full spectrum of financial accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with MFRS and statutory requirements.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, working with department heads to develop and monitor budgets.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure operational efficiency.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis, variance analysis, and provide recommendations to improve profitability and cost management.
- Manage cash flow and treasury functions, including banking relationships and fund management.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all reporting and tax obligations.
- Mentor and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent is mandatory.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and tax regulations.
- Experience in the building materials, construction, or manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
