- Develop and maintain financial models for Personal Banking products and services
- Partner with business leaders to align financial strategy with operational goals
- Conduct variance analysis and performance reporting for key financial metrics
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for Personal Banking division
- Drive process improvements in financial reporting and analysis workflows
- Present financial insights to senior leadership with actionable recommendations
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal financial policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA or CPA preferred
- 8+ years in finance with 3+ years in business partnering or banking
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial forecasting and budgeting
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder management across departments
- Proven track record of driving financial performance improvements
- Understanding of Indonesian banking regulations and market dynamics
