Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end fixed asset lifecycle management including acquisition, valuation, depreciation, and disposal
- Develop and implement strategic asset management policies aligned with GAAP and organizational objectives
- Lead periodic physical audits and reconciliation of fixed assets across multiple locations
- Prepare comprehensive asset reports for senior management and regulatory compliance
- Optimize asset utilization through cost-benefit analysis and strategic planning
- Manage capital project accounting and integration with fixed asset registers
- Mentor finance team members on asset management best practices and compliance
- Collaborate with procurement and operations teams on asset acquisition and maintenance strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or ACCA certification preferred
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in fixed asset management with 3+ years in leadership
- Expert knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and fixed asset accounting principles
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP FICO module highly desirable)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in asset valuation and depreciation modeling
- Proven track record in implementing asset management systems and controls
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex financial data to stakeholders
- Experience working in conservation, hospitality, or large-scale asset-intensive environments
