PT BUMI ETAM CHEMICAL is looking for a dynamic and strategic Manager Finance & Tax to oversee our financial operations. In this pivotal role, you will lead project finance strategies to secure necessary funding, manage capital expenditure (CAPEX) efficiently, and ensure rigorous adherence to PSAK and IFRS reporting standards. You will be responsible for maintaining full compliance during project execution and driving financial excellence across the organization.
We are seeking a leader who can translate complex financial data into actionable insights to support high-level decision-making. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) for major projects to ensure funding availability and strict budget adherence.
- Manage tax compliance strategies, including VAT, CIT, and international tax regulations, ensuring alignment with PSAK and IFRS.
- Oversee and control the company's Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) processes to optimize investment returns and cost efficiency.
- Prepare and review accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal stakeholders and external audits.
- Ensure full compliance with local financial regulations and audit requirements throughout the entire project execution lifecycle.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent financial discrepancies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to foster a culture of high performance and analytical accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Finance Management, with specific experience in the chemical or manufacturing sector preferred.
- Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or AICPA is highly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of Indonesian Accounting Standards (PSAK) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Proven track record in managing CAPEX and project finance for large-scale industrial projects.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a finance team effectively.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced MS Excel skills.
