We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to join our dynamic finance team at Ricoh. In this key leadership role, you will support the Senior Manager in driving the organization’s financial planning, ensuring reporting excellence, and coordinating regional finance strategies across the APAC region. You will be responsible for leading the budgeting and forecasting cycles, conducting deep-dive variance analyses, and providing actionable insights that drive business performance and profitability.

As a Manager, you will translate complex financial data into clear, compelling narratives for stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accuracy in financial reporting. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business objectives and identify opportunities for process improvement. Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for the region, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Prepare and present high-level financial reports, including variance analysis and performance dashboards, to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with regional business units to ensure financial goals align with broader organizational strategies.
  • Streamline financial reporting systems and improve operational efficiency through data analytics.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide strategic recommendations to support decision-making.
  • Assist in the preparation of management accounts and business reviews for executive review.

Kualifikasi

  • Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or CIMA is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in FP&A, Financial Management, or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a multinational environment or APAC region is a distinct advantage.
