Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Develop analytical models to support strategic business decisions and growth initiatives
- Perform variance analysis, KPI tracking, and financial performance reporting
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial strategies with operational goals
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting systems
- Present financial insights to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Manage FP&A team and mentor financial analysts
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience with 2+ years in leadership
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and ERP systems
- CMA, CPA, or MBA preferred
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
- Experience in manufacturing/engineering industry highly valued
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
