Are you a detail-oriented finance professional looking to make a significant impact within one of Singapore’s most prestigious real estate and property development groups? Far East Organization is seeking a dynamic Manager, Financial Reporting to join our high-performing finance team.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the integrity of our financial statements and the timely delivery of statutory and management reports. You will act as a key liaison between the organization, our joint venture partners, and regulatory authorities. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical accounting knowledge, a proactive mindset toward process improvement, and the ability to interpret complex financial data to drive strategic decision-making across the business.
Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and deliver accurate statutory and management financial reports in accordance with IFRS/FRS.
- Manage the reporting requirements for joint venture partners, ensuring transparency and timely communication.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and government authorities to ensure full regulatory compliance.
- Assess and interpret complex financial data to provide actionable insights for senior management.
- Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring adherence to internal controls and timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline reporting workflows and improve data accuracy.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts to identify trends and anomalies.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a professional qualification (ACCA, CA, CPA Singapore).
- At least 5-7 years of relevant experience in financial reporting or audit within a corporate environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of FRS/IFRS and local corporate tax regulations.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and handle sensitive financial information.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Yardi).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a high degree of integrity and attention to detail.
