Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local regulations
- Oversee financial reporting processes for multiple subsidiaries and business units
- Conduct variance analysis and financial modeling to support strategic decision-making
- Develop and manage annual budgets and rolling forecasts across the organization
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls for financial reporting
- Present financial insights to senior leadership through executive dashboards and reports
- Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies during compliance reviews
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/ACCA preferred
- Minimum 7 years of experience in financial reporting with 3+ years in management
- Expertise in consolidation accounting and group financial reporting
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and financial software
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international accounting standards
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to develop finance teams
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia with strong communication skills
