Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end financial reporting engagements for portfolio of clients
- Manage client relationships and ensure timely delivery of financial statements
- Perform complex consolidations and intercompany eliminations
- Mentor and develop team members through coaching and training
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and local regulatory standards
- Review and enhance financial reporting processes for efficiency
- Collaborate with senior management on strategic financial initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum 5 years' experience in financial reporting and consolidation
- Proven team leadership and mentoring experience
- Strong technical knowledge of IFRS/GAAP standards
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (ERP systems)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
