Phillip Capital Group is seeking a highly skilled Manager, Fund Accounting to join our dynamic finance team in Kuala Lumpur. This pivotal role will oversee the financial integrity of investment funds, ensuring precise accounting operations and regulatory compliance. You'll lead fund accounting processes, manage Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations, and coordinate with auditors and regulators to maintain transparent financial reporting. As a key member of our finance division, you'll drive operational excellence while mentoring a team of finance professionals to achieve organizational goals.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee fund accounting operations including NAV calculations and daily pricing
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards
- Prepare and review financial statements for investment funds
- Lead month-end/year-end closing processes and reconciliations
- Coordinate with internal/external auditors during examinations
- Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals
- Implement and maintain robust accounting controls and procedures
- Collaborate with portfolio managers on fund performance reporting
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional qualification (ACCA/CPA) or equivalent certification
- Minimum 5 years in fund accounting or financial services
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and regulatory frameworks
- Expertise in NAV calculation methodologies
- Proven team leadership experience
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
