As a Fund Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting our team’s financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing actionable insights for fund performance. You will work closely with stakeholders to maintain the integrity of financial records and support the successful execution of fund objectives. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end fund accounting process, including NAV calculation and financial statement preparation.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal audit requirements.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting cycles for various fund structures.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth year-end or interim audits.
- Monitor cash flow, handle capital calls, and manage distribution processes to investors.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and variance analysis for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline fund operational workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, or CA).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in fund administration, fund accounting, or audit.
- Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and relevant fund accounting standards.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Investran, eFront, or similar) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and commit to a 6-month contract duration.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex financial data to non-finance stakeholders.
