Join our dynamic team as Manager General Accounting and lead critical financial operations that drive business success. This pivotal role requires strategic oversight of all accounting functions, ensuring compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations while delivering accurate financial insights to executive leadership. You'll manage the full accounting cycle from transaction processing to financial reporting, implement robust internal controls, and optimize financial processes to enhance operational efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger management
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with PSAK standards
- Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliation and variance analysis
- Manage and develop the accounting team through performance coaching, training, and workload optimization
- Coordinate external audit processes and implement recommendations for financial process improvements
- Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making and budget forecasting
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with 2+ years in managerial role
- Deep expertise in Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN) and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and MS Excel with data analysis capabilities
- Proven experience leading accounting teams through process improvements and system implementations
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data and identify trends
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
