Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the preparation and consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for multiple entities in alignment with global standards.
- Ensure strict compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local Malaysian GAAP regulations.
- Oversee the accuracy and integrity of financial data within the ERP system (SAP/Oracle), including month-end close processes.
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies to facilitate smooth and efficient audits.
- Identify process improvements and implement controls to mitigate financial risks and enhance reporting efficiency.
- Mentor and develop a team of junior finance analysts, fostering a culture of accuracy and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including FP&A and Treasury, to support strategic business initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/ACCA/CIMA qualified is highly desirable).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial reporting, consolidation, and general ledger accounting.
- Proven track record of managing month-end and year-end close cycles in a multi-entity environment.
- Strong working knowledge of IFRS and Malaysian local financial regulations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Hyperion).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
