As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust governance frameworks that ensure our operations adhere to local and international standards. You will play a pivotal role in identifying risks, mitigating compliance gaps, and fostering a culture of integrity across the organization. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and oversee the organization’s comprehensive Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) framework.
- Monitor legislative changes and ensure YSQ International Pte Ltd remains fully compliant with Malaysian corporate laws and industry regulations.
- Conduct regular internal audits, risk assessments, and reviews to identify potential vulnerabilities.
- Lead investigations into compliance breaches and recommend effective corrective actions.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth reporting processes.
- Provide expert guidance and conduct training sessions for staff and management on compliance matters.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare detailed reports for senior leadership and regulatory submissions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance, preferably within the logistics or trading sector.
- In-depth knowledge of Malaysian regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards.
- Proven track record in conducting internal audits and implementing risk management strategies.
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Certifications such as CISA, CISM, CIA, or ACCA are highly desirable.
