Join Far East Organization as our Manager, HR Business Partner (Hospitality) and play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience across our diverse hospitality portfolio. In this strategic position, you will be the primary HR liaison between business leaders and our corporate HR team, ensuring alignment between organizational objectives and talent management strategies.
You will develop and implement robust feedback mechanisms to continuously improve HR services and processes, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our employees while supporting organizational growth. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving initiatives related to employee engagement, talent development, performance management, and organizational culture within the hospitality sector.
As a key member of our HR leadership team, you will provide strategic guidance to business leaders on complex HR matters, including workforce planning, change management, and employee relations. You will leverage data analytics to identify trends, assess risks, and implement evidence-based solutions that enhance operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
Tanggung Jawab
- Partner with hospitality business leaders to understand strategic objectives and develop aligned HR strategies
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve HR services
- Lead talent management processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning
- Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations issues and ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Develop and implement organizational development initiatives to enhance capabilities and foster a positive workplace culture
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
- Lead change management initiatives and support organizational transformation efforts
- Manage HR budget and ensure cost-effective delivery of HR services
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partner role
- Proven experience in the hospitality industry with strong understanding of sector-specific HR challenges
- Expert knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and best practices
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence at all levels
- Proven track record in driving employee engagement initiatives and organizational change
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD) is highly desirable
