Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives in the West Region
  • Provide expert HR guidance to business leaders on talent management, organizational development, and employee relations
  • Lead the design and execution of performance management systems, compensation structures, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Drive talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent across the organization
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations while maintaining HR best practices
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to senior leadership for strategic decision-making
  • Manage and develop the HR team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence
  • Lead change management initiatives and support organizational transformation efforts

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partnering role
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR strategies in a corporate environment
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with HR analytics and data-driven decision making
  • Certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD) are highly desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop HR teams effectively
