Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives in the West Region
- Provide expert HR guidance to business leaders on talent management, organizational development, and employee relations
- Lead the design and execution of performance management systems, compensation structures, and employee engagement initiatives
- Drive talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent across the organization
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations while maintaining HR best practices
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to senior leadership for strategic decision-making
- Manage and develop the HR team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence
- Lead change management initiatives and support organizational transformation efforts
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partnering role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR strategies in a corporate environment
- Strong knowledge of Singapore labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with HR analytics and data-driven decision making
- Certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD) are highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop HR teams effectively
