Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic HR policies aligned with business objectives
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies
- Manage employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution
- Design and execute training and development programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
- Lead performance management systems and employee engagement initiatives
- Manage HR budget and departmental operations
- Conduct workforce planning and succession management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of HR management experience in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations (KUHP & Ketenagakerjaan)
- Proven experience in recruitment, training, and employee relations
- Leadership skills with team management experience
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Certified HR Professional (CHRP/SHRM-SCP) preferred
