Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead and mentor the HRD team to ensure operational excellence
- Oversee recruitment processes, from talent sourcing to onboarding
- Design and implement employee training and development programs
- Manage compensation & benefits structures and performance systems
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and organizational culture development
- Prepare HR analytics reports for senior leadership decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience with 2+ years in managerial role
- Proven expertise in HR operations, recruitment, and talent development
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and HR best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in construction/manufacturing industry highly preferred
- Proficient in HRIS systems and data analytics tools
- Strategic thinking with ability to translate business needs into HR solutions
