This pivotal role requires strategic leadership to build our organizational framework, oversee end-to-end talent acquisition processes, and manage the complete employee lifecycle. You will ensure seamless site operations and provide comprehensive general affairs support while fostering a positive workplace culture. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll develop HR policies, implement employee engagement initiatives, and optimize operational efficiency. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement organizational development strategies to align workforce capabilities with business goals
  • Lead talent acquisition initiatives including recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
  • Manage employee lifecycle programs covering performance management, training, and retention
  • Oversee general affairs functions including facility management, vendor relations, and administrative support
  • Ensure smooth site operations with safety compliance and operational efficiency protocols
  • Design and enforce HR policies compliant with Indonesian labor regulations
  • Lead and mentor the Human Capital and General Affairs team

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's preferred
  • Minimum 7 years of HR and General Affairs experience with 3+ years in management
  • Proven expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic operational environment
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
