Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the full spectrum of Employee Relations (ER) activities, including investigations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Lead and handle Industrial Relations (IR) matters, including engagement with trade unions and negotiation of collective agreements.
- Ensure strict adherence to HR governance standards and compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations (e.g., MOM regulations).
- Develop, implement, and review HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals and legal requirements.
- Provide expert advisory support to management and staff on HR-related issues, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Drive HR initiatives and projects aimed at improving employee engagement and retention.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant HR professional certification (e.g., CPHR) is highly desirable.
- A minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in HR management, with a strong focus on Employee Relations and Industrial Relations.
- Proven track record in managing complex ER cases and navigating industrial relations landscapes.
- Excellent knowledge of Singapore’s employment laws, MOM regulations, and HR best practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
