Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end management of HRIS platforms including data integrity, security protocols, and system performance optimization
- Lead HRIS implementation projects, upgrades, and integrations with payroll, benefits, and talent management systems
- Develop and maintain comprehensive HR reporting dashboards using advanced analytics tools
- Train HR staff on system functionality and provide technical troubleshooting support
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (PDPA) and HR best practices
- Collaborate with IT department on system enhancements and vendor management
- Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic workforce planning and organizational development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of HRIS management experience with enterprise-level systems (Workday, SAP, Oracle)
- Proven expertise in HR data analytics, reporting, and visualization tools
- Strong project management skills with experience in system implementation projects
- In-depth knowledge of HR compliance frameworks and data protection regulations
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and HRIS reporting tools
- Excellent communication skills with ability to train non-technical stakeholders
