This strategic leadership role requires a seasoned HR professional with deep expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing comprehensive reward structures while ensuring operational excellence in payroll processing. You'll drive strategic HR initiatives, foster employee engagement, and align compensation practices with business objectives in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will leverage 7-10 years of progressive HR experience to lead compensation benchmarking, benefits administration, and payroll compliance while serving as a trusted advisor to department heads. This role demands a blend of technical HR acumen, strong analytical skills, and exceptional people management capabilities to develop high-performing teams and implement data-driven HR solutions that support organizational growth.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Design, implement and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs aligned with market benchmarks and organizational goals
  • Oversee end-to-end payroll operations ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance with statutory requirements
  • Lead HR Business Partnering functions for assigned business units providing strategic HR guidance
  • Analyze compensation trends, conduct job evaluations, and maintain job architecture systems
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives through recognition programs and total rewards strategy
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and HR regulatory requirements
  • Develop and mentor the HR team fostering a culture of continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with Finance on budgeting and forecasting for compensation and benefits

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 7-10 years of progressive experience in Compensation & Benefits, payroll, rewards or HR operations
  • At least 2-3 years in supervisory/managerial role leading HR teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • Professional certifications (CSCP, PHR, SHRM-SCP) strongly preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems and payroll processing platforms
  • Expert knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and statutory compliance requirements
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret compensation data trends
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
