Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)

  • Proven expertise in Indonesian labor law (KUHP) and HR compliance frameworks
  • Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
