Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies, procedures, and strategic workforce planning initiatives
- Lead full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent
- Manage employee relations, performance management systems, and conflict resolution protocols
- Oversee general affairs operations including facility management, vendor contracts, and administrative services
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, regulations, and company policies
- Design and execute employee engagement programs and professional development initiatives
- Manage compensation and benefits administration and payroll processing
- Coordinate organizational development initiatives and cultural transformation programs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5-7 years progressive HR experience with 2+ years in managerial role
- Proven expertise in Indonesian labor law (KUHP) and HR compliance frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong leadership abilities with demonstrated team management experience
- Strategic thinking skills with ability to align HR initiatives with business goals
