Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end HR operations for the Perennial Living healthcare project to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives to maintain high morale.
- Conduct performance appraisals and contribute to talent development and succession planning programs.
- Ensure strict compliance with Singapore Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations, employment acts, and labor laws.
- Collaborate with management to design and deliver effective training and development programs.
- Utilize HRIS tools to maintain accurate employee records and generate performance reports.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- Experience in the real estate or healthcare sector is highly preferred.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) is a strong advantage.
- Strong working knowledge of Singapore employment laws and labor practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office applications.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural work environment.
