PERSOL is seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Manager for the Innovation Centre of Excellence (CoE) in the Healthcare sector. Located in the heart of Singaporeās medical hub at Outram, this pivotal role is designed for a leader who is passionate about transforming patient care through cutting-edge technology and process optimization. You will be responsible for leading a dedicated team to identify, test, and implement innovative solutions that address the complex challenges of modern medicine.
In this role, you will act as a bridge between clinical experts and technological pioneers. The Innovation CoE serves as a catalyst for change, and as its Manager, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of innovationāfrom initial ideation and feasibility studies to full-scale deployment across healthcare networks. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for the Innovation Centre of Excellence in alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the identification and evaluation of emerging healthcare technologies, including AI, IoT, and telemedicine.
- Facilitate design thinking workshops and brainstorming sessions with clinical and administrative staff to uncover operational pain points.
- Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for innovation pilots, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with technology vendors, academic institutions, and government bodies.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success and impact of innovation initiatives.
- Present regular progress reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and executive boards.
- Foster an internal culture of continuous improvement, curiosity, and risk-taking within the healthcare workforce.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5ā8 years of experience in innovation management, strategic planning, or digital transformation.
- Proven experience working within the Healthcare or Medical industry is strictly required.
- Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, Project Management (PMP/PRINCE2), and Lean Six Sigma.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and lead multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex clinical needs into scalable technological solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a high degree of emotional intelligence.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in business case development and ROI analysis.
