Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of innovation projects, from concept ideation to successful commercialisation.
- Identify and evaluate high-potential commercial opportunities for CGH technologies and intellectual property.
- Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders, including clinicians, researchers, and hospital leadership.
- Oversee the management of intellectual property (IP) rights and negotiate licensing agreements with external partners.
- Develop and execute robust business plans to maximise the impact of hospital innovations.
- Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify gaps in healthcare solutions.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and collaboration between the hospital and the startup ecosystem.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in tech transfer, commercialisation, or product management within the healthcare or biotech sector.
- Strong understanding of intellectual property laws, licensing frameworks, and commercialisation processes.
- Excellent project management, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is advantageous.
